The “Passone” was established in 1953 as a simple family-run trattoria.
After over half a century the family has not changed, the Cogliatis, and the atmosphere has remained friendly and informal as ever.

But the rest has changed: the restaurant is now modern but those who come get
to taste traditional as well as innovative fares, set against a backdrop
of breathtaking natural beauty.
